Our small but efficient company, cares above all for the genuineness of an extra virgin oil obtained strictly from selected cultivars. The pressing is done with a continuous cold press system, allowing the oil to maintain its excellent organoleptic virtues. The result is a yellow oil with bright green hues, with an almondy flavor tending to sweet, always of low acidity. The oil mill also functions as a point of sale with tasting, and makes shipments throughout Italy.
