Il suo nome, che in dialetto piemontese significa “assaggiamo”, contiene altri due riferimenti gastronomici: alla tuma, cioè alla toma, tipico formaggio della nostra regione e al verbo inglese To Taste che significa, appunto, degustare, assaggiare.

In uno storico palazzo del 1600, Tastuma ti accoglie in tre sale che possono ospitare fino a 45 persone. La sala principale, ampia e imponente, rispecchia appieno lo spirito artigianale che anima la nostra filosofia. Gli arredi nel grigio chiaro e nel bordeaux, in legno e ferro, si combinano piacevolmente in un perfetto stile industrial. Qui al Tastuma nulla è lasciato al caso, come la carta da parati personalizzata e gli scaffali realizzati riadattando vecchie cassette di frutta. Ad accoglierti nella prima sala, la grande e imponente vetrina che ospita la nostra selezione di salumi e formaggi.

In a historic building dating back to the 1600s, Tastuma welcomes you to three rooms that can accommodate up to 45 people. The main hall, spacious and imposing, fully reflects the spirit of craftsmanship that drives our philosophy. The furnishings in light gray and burgundy wood and iron combine nicely in a perfect industrial style. Nothing is left to chance here at Tastuma, such as the custom wallpaper and the shelves made by repurposing old fruit crates. Welcoming you to the first room is the large, imposing display case that houses our selection of cured meats and cheeses.
