Il metodo produttivo è artigianale. Una volta raggiunta la stagionatura ottimale, i salumi vengono messi sottovuoto per una migliore conservazione o venduti a peso. Questa lavorazione garantisce il gusto particolarmente genuino dei prodotti.
La nostra azienda produce, salsicce valdostane, budini freschi e stagionati, salami, salsicetta, salamelle, cotechini, mocetta, lardo, pancetta e guanciale.
The Segor butcher's shop was founded in 1959 and produces typical Aosta Valley cured meats from ancient recipes handed down through various generations. All our cured meats are produced exclusively with raw materials of Italian and local origin.
The production method is artisanal. The spices are weighed and mixed to be inserted into the mixture at the right time. The seasoning is then done in special cells for a variable duration depending on the finished product you want to obtain. Once optimal maturation has been reached, the cured meats are vacuum-packed for better preservation or sold by weight. This process guarantees the particularly genuine taste of the products.
